Modern Traditional House with Rustic Element in Warsaw, Poland, by Damian Cyryl Kotwicki

This is one unique home design that combines both modernism along with traditional. On the bottom part of the building certainly has the style of minimalist while the upper part of the building shows how traditional it is. And they look pretty all fine to me, the whole house design really look quite interesting. This beautiful house was designed by Damian Cyryl Kotwicki architect and the house is located somewhere in Warsaw, Poland.
The house occupies 560 square meters, which is quite large along with plenty of grounds left as minimalist garden. This house stood in the middle of the site with fences surrounding it. It’s uncommon today to see landscape which is filled with grass as inhabitants tend to like lifestyle that is practical and easy. The house was built with mix of brick, wood and concrete gives the modern residence a warm and appealing look. This house has a garage that fits for two cars, open area on the backyard for family spending the night or day, kitchen, a lobby with fantastic spiral staircase, two bedrooms on top floor complete with bathroom and a good living zone. So what do you think of this house?
